Pricing
£10,000/month flat, plus a GGR revenue share in basis points.
Stated as a number because a number is what you need to compare us against what you are paying now. New brands start on a 30-day trial automatically, and the revenue share is configurable rather than a single take-it-or-leave-it rate.
THE PLAN
Growth
£10,000/month flat
plus a configurable GGR revenue share, denominated in basis points. Invoiced monthly, generated from real platform activity.
- Unlimited brands on one instance, each isolated
- Sportsbook, casino engine, wallet, CRM, bonuses, affiliates and compliance
- The full API — all 308 operations, no tier gates anything
- 30-day trial starts automatically on every new brand
Why one plan
Tiered platform pricing in this market usually exists to gate the API, the brand count, or the compliance features. All three are things an operator discovers they need after signing, which is precisely when they have least leverage.
Ledgerfield does not gate the API surface behind a tier, does not charge per brand, and does not sell compliance as an add-on. The revenue share is the variable, and it is configurable per operator because a book doing £200k a month and one doing £20m are not the same conversation.
What "configurable" means hereIt means we negotiate the basis points with you and write them down. It does not mean a rate card we are hiding — ask and we will give you the range on the first call.
What is not in the price
The costs a platform fee never covers, listed so you can budget them
Every one of these is a real cost of running a licensed brand, and none of them is included in any platform vendor's fee — ours included. We list them because a total-cost comparison that omits them flatters whichever vendor omitted them.
| Cost | Who pays | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Gambling operating licence | You | Ledgerfield holds none, in any jurisdiction |
| Licensed casino content | You, to the aggregator | Our in-house titles are uncertified in-house maths |
| Payment processing | You, to the PSP | Driver contract is built; no processor is connected |
| KYC/AML verification | You, to the vendor | Policy layer is built; no vendor is connected |
| Odds data | You, to the provider | Shared across your brands, so priced once not per brand |
| RTS test-house certification | You | Required before real-money play in Great Britain |
| ISO/IEC 27001 audit | You | Scope is narrowed by the API boundary, not removed |
The honest version of a total-cost pitchWe cannot truthfully tell you Ledgerfield is cheaper than your incumbent, because we have never migrated an operator and have no data to base that on. What we can tell you is what our number is, what is outside it, and that the revenue share is negotiable. Compare that against what you are paying now yourself — you have the figure and we do not.
Get the basis points on the first call.
There is no self-serve signup, because a platform migration is not a decision either of us should make without talking it through. But there is a number, and you can have it early.
